Constant outages lately
Is anybody else having constant outages since xfinity decided to "fix" their infrastructure a couple months ago?
The internet goes out for anywhere from 5 minutes to hours at a time all throughout the day, almost everyday. This started a couple weeks ago and I'm starting to get fed up.
This is very frustrating for someone who needs the internet to work from home and make a living. This is also very frustrating considering the insane price Xfinity charges for cable/internet, that has now risen to almost double my original monthly rate.
This is not acceptable, we are paying good money for a service, please provide that service. Or give me a refund for all the hours of down time when that service was not provided.
I understand sometimes interruptions happen but this is a constant everyday thing that happens multiple times. Whatever big infrastructure rehaul xfinity did clearly did not benefit us customers.
