Constant Outage
I have had 5 outages in the last week. I work remotely. This is unacceptable. I shouldn’t even have to pay the full month if I’m not even able to use my wifi for work. When will this stop? This is ridiculous.

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Thanks for reaching out, user_czsv0t! We definitely don't want to see service interruptions occur. However, when they do our local teams are alerted. They work as fast, and safe as possible to resolve the issue. It's important to check the Xfinity app, and Xfinity Status center as mentioned by @EG for updates.
