Constant Outage issues

How do I get someone to answer me why we've had 7 outages lasting an hour or more in the last 21 days? If this is going to continue, or if I can't get a straight answer, I'm finding a different ISP because this is impacting my wife's employment and costing us significantly with every outage. The customer service here is absolute garbage, and it won't even let me speak to a human being.

First. When these outages occur, are they being officially indicated with any info about them here ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

Yes, but they provide zero information as to what is causing the outage, only how long we can expect it to be out. That's not helpful. I need to know WHY, so I know if I can anticipate more. I'm ready to just switch to Starlink. I can't accept an outage twice a week during the workday. My wife will lose her job at that rate.

Good afternoon user_do6v2k. I can certainly understand your concern. I also work from home so having consistent connectivity is vital. I would be more than happy to take a look into this further for you.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
