Constant noise from my Xfi Modem
A few months ago my Xfi modem started making a constant 24/7 low humming noise. It almost sounds like a bad fan sound. I have seen other threads with people getting their unit swapped for new ones. How do I go about getting this noisey unit replaced? Thanks!

The humming from the 'Xb6' is a totally known thing. We had one delivered two days ago and it had a loud humming or whirring sound immediately. A quick google search and guess what - this is a problem with the equipment.
Xfinity service call was no help other than to suggest a downgrade to the Xb3.
