Constant “network enhancement” outages in northern Maryland
Several times this month, Xfinity has come to my area to compete “network enhancement”. This results in an outage for 1-2 hours in the middle of the week. I work from home so this is super disruptive. I then keep getting texts that say they were not able to actually complete the enhancement and have to come back later.
There is nothing wrong with my Internet so I don’t understand what the problem is. When is this going to stop?
