Constant lag and packet loss
About a month ago I started getting intermittent lag and packet loss.
I've already ruled out everything on my end. Running simultaneously pings on my end to various destinations and the router itself for control.
I'm seeing constant spikes of 200+ ms and anywhere between 4-11% packet loss over multiple hours of testing. This is unacceptable.
This is unlikely due to network traffic either. It ran well for the entire duration of 2020 without issues.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
Is this a WiFi connection ?
Also, post the output of a traceroute to google.com

As stated, please post a traceroute output (not a ping output) to google.com.
Also, we need to see all of the signal stats. Take screenshots and host them at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to them here.
Or copy all of the text of the status page and paste it into the body of your next post here.

I'm using a Netgear C7100V.
I'm basing this off a hardwired connection straight to the router.
Sorry, not sure exactly which one you need, as there are multiple channels listed.
Downstream power - 12.1 dBmV
Upstream power - 42.8 dBmV
SNR - 39.8 dB
I have been doing most of my testing just pinging Google on command prompt. I can try to get something more "official" later to post.
This is what I pulled from a ping -t over the last hour or so.
Ping statistics for 172.217.4.78:
Packets: Sent = 3121, Received = 2950, Lost = 171 (5% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 21ms, Maximum = 549ms, Average = 90ms
