Constant Internet disconnects. Worst at night around 10pm ct

Read title

Internet seems to go out for a couple of seconds and then reconnects sometimes other times I need to restart the modem swapped out the newest gateway for a Nighthawk CM2000 to see if a third party modem would be better. Nothing has improved connectivity wise. We have also had two indoor tech visits and was then told to advance it to an outdoor tech, but our communication with them has been very lackluster during the past 3 tickets that have been put in. Also neighbors are having the same issue with their xfinity services.

Any help would be appreciated

Noticed errors in event logs and didnt know how to read them:

Please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

Is there a side-car router / WiFi in the mix here ?

The stats are o/k. Again, is this with a WiFi connection ?

For one more test. What about a direct connection to the CM2000 (no router in the mix) ?

Tried that originally and it was the same problem with the cm2000 and our xfinity gateway. I assume it is an outside issue in which I can’t do anything. An outdoor technician is coming tomorrow so they may can finally tell us something
