Constant drops in internet throughout the day.

For the past two months I have been experiencing drops in the internet constantly throughout the day every day.  It usually lasts for a few minutes then goes back to normal, but often there are only a few minutes of good internet before it happens again.  Some days its stable most of the day, but that is not common.  When calling support, I am only told that everything looks good on their end.  Upstream and downstream power levels are all within spec while the internet isn't acting up, but that changes when the internet is in the middle of one of the hiccups.  Ill post the cable info as well as the Event Log below(all MAC address info is removed).  The router was last restarted probably about 6 hours prior to the post.  I have inspected all of the connections between my modem and the Jbox on the outside of the house connected to the main feed, and all connections are solid.  None of the coax terminations are bad from what I can see either, and no corrosion on the coax stingers.  Between the main feed outside and the modem, there is a single two way splitter that I added when I noted my downstream power was too high, and there is a wall outlet.  Overall length of the run is probably between 20 and 30 feet if I had to guess.
