Constant connection issues, and trace route problems.

As the description stated, I've been having connection issues for awhile now ever since I was upgraded to 400mb internet.  I ran a trace route to Google and noticed several hops lag out one of which is a Comcast hop te-9-1-ur01.dover.nj.panjde.comcast.net.

The trace continues past the timeouts at the intermediate hops and reaches the destination, so the timeouts are probably not significant. Please see https://www.dslreports.com/faq/14068.

What are the connection issues you've been having?

Adding to BruceW's correct advice.

Don't know what your issue is but it's not those timeouts that you see in the traces. The traces are completing to the destination servers. The timed out hops are just routers that are deliberately configured to not respond to / rate limit / de-prioritize ICMP based ping and trace packet probes.
