Constant connection dropping in CA?

Is anyone else having continuous network issues in CA? I know PG&E said to expect power outages, but this isn't a power related issue, and it's not my router, i've already rebooted it and it didn't fix the issue. 

Site says there's nothing wrong on "their end," but I highly doubt that. 

RJ45's are fine and link lights are up. 

What's going on with xfinity for the last two days of random network drops?
