Constant buffering on all devices

I have buffering or no connection issues with all of my devices. I've done the troubleshooting and it tells me that all is good. Using Wi-Fi-can't use ethernet based on modem only location. Ready to leave xfinity and go to another provider

First I'd like to ask a few questions about how you are set up, could you please tell me if you are using a Xfinity Gateway modem, and do you have a stand-alone router connected to the modem?

I appreciate your response, @user_b7b3a4. You mentioned going over some troubleshooting steps. Did you manually reboot the modem or through the app? Did you check the coaxial connection to make sure it's tight? We also recommend you check your modem placement to make sure it's in a location where you get the best Wi-Fi network performance. Here's a good article on how to improve your Wi-Fi network performance. Have you tried these steps as well?

Yes did those steps. Modem can only be in one spot. Didn’t have the buffering issues until a month ago
