Consistent outages - not good enough

What is happening?

I have had many years of great service by Xfinity but in the last 2 weeks I have had so many outages.

- it started with a local area outage (possibly due to weather)

- since then, I have had over 10 router restarts and lost connections

- followed by another local area outage today

Really frustrating and not good enough.

I work remotely so unless this gets resolved will need to switch provider to a more reliable service

user_42xs2w I can understand how frustrating it can be when things are not working properly, especially when you rely on them if you work remotely or just for home needs. Since your comment was from a few days ago, have you noticed any further interruptions or reported events from the Xfinity app or website?

@user_ywwuy5 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. I understand that you have had some concerns with your service being disrupted recently. We know how important working service is and would like to get a better understanding of what is going on. When you check the status center is there a listed estimated time of service restoration?
