Consistent Outages for the past 3 weeks
Every single day between 2 and 5 PM our network drops and comes back up after 5 or 10 minutes. It happens at minimum 3-5 times but have experienced longer.
Xfinity app always says "Unexpected network damage" or something along those lines.
I don't understand why its still happening if they are working on it daily? I also don't want to hear about sun outages because that's non-sense for how consistent this is. The Xfinity assistant is 0 help and preprogramed with like 5 responses. Probably the most frustrating part of this experience is getting in contact with a real human who can tell me why this is happening. I'd understand if it was some massive issue. My wife and I both work remote jobs and its incredibly disruptive.
I've not had this type of issue with Xfinity in the past few years, but reading others post I am seeing a trend. More outages and slower speeds.
So how can I get the proper information on why this keeps happening?
In advance, service tech hasn't come to my property. Xfinity app is saying outages detected and its being worked on, so I don't think its specific to me. Unless this is just part of the
automation when an outage is detected.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information about service interruptions in your area, we recommend visiting the Xfinity Status Center or using the Xfinity app. Both options provide real-time updates on interruptoins, service restoration progress, and the status of your account. In some instances, we can determine your service status. If you've registered your mobile phone number for Comcast Alerts, you will receive proactive SMS text messages providing that information, as well as estimated resolution timeframes, periodic updates and a final message when the services are restored. Additionally, you can text OUT to 266278 (COMCST) to check for interruptions in your area. (Data and messaging rates may apply.) You also have the option to receive a text message update as soon as your Xfinity services are restored. I hope this info helps!
