CONSISTENT DAILY NETWORK OUTAGES SINCE "NETWORK UPGRADE"

It's about about 3 to 4 weeks since our last "network upgrade". the daily outages since that time are out of hand. I need a response when this will be fixed. I want a response here. No private messages.
