Consistant Packet Loss
I'm experiencing packet loss which is making streaming / gaming impossible to enjoy. i've tried restarting my modem / router, replacing my ethernet cables, switching out my ethernet port in my desktop, updating my drivers, restarting my PC and still experiencing the losses. Not sure what to do.
