Connectivity issues

I work from home as well and it is beyond frustrating to have constant interruptions throughout the day. A technician came this week and replaced the modem. Later that day, the same issue occurred. Dropped internet. It’s affecting my productivity at work. If I had another option for internet, I would surely take it. The lack of accountability for xfinitys sorry service is inexcusable considering what their service cost. [Edited: "Language"/"Inflammatory"] I am sooooo dissatisfied with my services. I can’t wait to move. I will not go anywhere that does not offer Verizon Fios. Another technician is coming tomorrow. I guarantee they will tell me that my signal is strong. They will be unable to effectively diagnose my issue. This is ridiculous.

Hello, @deandrap1! Thanks for reaching out on the Xfinity Forums about the internet connection. I apologize that it has been cutting out. I know that is frustrating to go through and then with needing to work it adds a lot of stress. We want your service to be reliable all the time and are happy to help further with this. How did the 2nd visit go yesterday? Are things working better now or is the problem still happening?
