Connectivity issues with SB8200: millions of errors on the status page and errors all over the event log

So my modem was working fine, but back when the plans all got upgraded I started experiencing intermittent drops throughout the day with T3 and T4 timeouts that last for a few minutes at a time. The problem got worse over time until I reached out to customer services on reddit. Prior to that I attempted to reboot the modem, power cycle the modem, and factory reset the modem. After reaching out I believe they may have reprovisioned the signal being sent to my modem and I believe I received an additional downstream channel (I could be wrong though). It was seemingly resolved for a little while until today when the problem came back again. When I logged into my modem I noticed that there were millions of corrected and uncorrectable errors in addition to more errors all over the event log. I did a quick reboot and took a snap shot of the logs posted below. You can see how many errors were posted on the status page immediately after reboot already. I'm starting to believe there is a problem with the connection somewhere external to my apartment. From my understanding, the error codes 16, 24, 20, and 22 on the event log are references to noise on the channel and then resolution of that noise with 16/24 applying to the OFDM/OFDMA channel. Please help!
