Connectivity Issues: t3 and t4 timeouts

Recently got Xfinity internet and have had some pretty poor connectivity. First few days it was a few disconnects which didn't seem bad as apparently they were adjusting the node to fix that. Today I had over 10 disconnects, some being minutes long and minutes later it would do it again. Then it was fine for a few hours then started to disconnect over and over. In my last apartment I had the same service without issue so I think it has to do with something in the connection in my new apartment but unsure how to diagnose.

Start with the modem's signal stats. Perhaps they already are, or they are close to being out of spec and intermittently they go completely of spec. Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?
