Connectivity Drop

My service has a severe drop in connectivity. XFinity's own speed test confirms. My usual connectivity is around 800-700Mbps but for the last few days I've only seen 18-23Mbps. Can you help?

Sometimes a speed concern can be resolved by a modem or router restart. Let us know your results after going through the posted troubleshooting steps.
