Connectivity and Customer Service are Abhorrent
Xfinity connectivity and customer service are abhorrent. I have contacted customber service several times in the last week because I got tired of having to restart my router multiple times a day. They keep telling me "we can see that the connection is unstable. Unfortunately we can't send a tech out," and that is ALL they offer. You are charging me for a service you are not providing. This is unacceptable. I can't work or use any devices becaue my internet has been going out as much as every ten minutes. Fix this, Xfinity. Fix it now.
