Hello so today I got wi fi activation at my house and for some reason my 2 iPhones connected to WiFi but both say limited compatibility for some reason never seen that before and my tv and iPad don’t see any WiFi connection but they see all my other Nebiorhood WiFi and I’m tried calling restarting router tv iPad any other suggestions?

Hello @user_xxno4j usually this is because of the way your Wi-Fi bands are. Have you been able to get any of your other devices connected? In the Xfinity app do you see if you have split Wifi bands under your network settings?
