Connection

I'm really annoyed by this connection issue! There is no option to speak to someone just the automated system. It tells me I first have to reset my modem, which I've done manually and through the automated system. It then says to call back if the issue isnt resolved and when I call back it gives the same dang options and doesn't allow me to speak to anyone!

The app and the automated system both say there are no outages in my area, yet I have no internet!

Anyone else frustrated at this point?
