Connection lost several times per day

If there any REAL Xfinity customer support on this forum??

I lose my internet connection 5-7 times a day which spontaneously returns.

I have called Xfinity support several times and I get the usual....reboot the modem/router then agent blames my equipment.

They refuse to dispatch a technician to come actually check out my line.

Do I have to rent Xfinity equipment (modem/router) to get a tech to finally check the signal to my house???

To me, this is not customer support.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

I got message yesterday that my issues were corrected.  
Well, it seems my connectivity is even worse!

My internet connection goes out every hour for at least 10 to 45 minutes at a time.  
Pathetic service!
