Connection issues

I’ve been experiencing service issues for over a month; the connection drops and reconnects frequently, every hour, and the hotspots aren't showing up either. I need help and an explanation of what is going on; I haven't had this happen before. On top of that, it has been IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a human being who can answer my questions. I am not happy with the service.
