Connection Issues on Work Laptops

Hello, I have Xfinity home internet with an Xfi gateway in my home. Myself and my partner have been experiencing connection issues on our work computers while we work from home. Our work computers both use VPN's to connect. Multiple times throughout the day the connection will drop and we each have to individually disable wifi and turn it back on to reconnect. This only happens on our work computers... personal computers, game consoles, smart tv's, etc. never have any problems. We are currently trying 5g home internet from Verizon and while the speeds are slower, we do not get the connection issues that we do with Xfinity. Is there any way to get this resolved? I don't want to switch but may be forced to if we cannot fix these intermittent conenction drops. Thanks.

user_61h1d7 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble on your work computers. It can quickly become frustrating when in a meeting or just trying to work for sure. When you lose connection, is it actually the WiFi that is being disconnected, or is it the VPN dropping the connection? I ask since you said no other devices are having trouble or experiencing the same drops.
