Connection gets worse at night
Never really had any issues but lately every single time at night 6pm-10pm I get minor packet loss in games and discord. If i check my connection speeds are fine, jitter is fine, packet loss seems fine but I am assuming it would only appear when it happens as it happens in bursts.
This neighborhood is newer and were on next gen connections and have been years with no issues until recently and only at night. Checking my equipment everything also appears fine. replaced all Ethernet connections despite no issues etc.
I don't know if someone can take a look at the downstream signal at night and see whats happening or maybe the node is being overloaded with more houses being built over here but it is noticeable. Maybe a tech can check if the node utilization at night over here or line noise?
I don't have any damaged coax cables and we don't use any splitters inside or outside of the house.

I completely understand where you're coming from, intermittent packet loss is often more disruptive than a total service interruption, especially during peak gaming hours. Since you've already verified your equipment and eliminated splitters, I'd like to take a closer look @user_lx1agz.
If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.
