Connection drops daily with new Arris S33 install

My internet connection drops every weekday at about 3am. Xfinity tech supervisor researched and discovered that this is indeed a known issue but advised that he is unaware of where to escalate within Xfinity

This is also an issue that I have been having. Apparently it's specifically the Arris S33 V2 with the firmware version, TB01.03.001.11_051722_212.S3, that has this issue. The modem just restarting itself at 3:04am and only on the weekdays. According to the xfinity agent, that I'm speaking to as I'm typing this, "it seems that the modem is not allowing to get the update and the next day this updating again and again", so I guess gotta wait until they actually fix it, despite this has been an ongoing issue for the past week for me or the past month according to other users online(earliest being may 29, 2023 as I can tell) https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r33680589-S33v2-cable-modem-reboots-every-morning-just-after-5-00am

thanks for the information.  I opened another direct message at dslreports to Comcast to stress the pervasiveness of this issue in hopes that they will escalate by directing the necessary resources to find a solution as quickly as possible.
