Connection dropping on web meetings

If I am on a web meeting, my connection drops every 2-3 minutes causing freezes in video and/or audio. I have a 1GB plan and get ~500 mb down and ~150 up via wifi/speed test. I had a tech out yesterday and they put in a splitter. He said that my connection might be too strong and needed to get my levels down (they were 9.x and he said anything over 10 indicated issues. He added it and said the levels were back to the 2-3 range.

Here is a link to my modem values.

I have been running connection tests using  the Internet Connection Monitor extension and it shows drops as well.

I'm going to try connecting directly via ethernet. Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: just had a 15 minute call without drops while connected directly to the gateway via Ethernet.
