Connection dropped every night after we changed from 250Mbs to 100Mbps

I need some expert advice here. We have had the same equipment (modem+router) for 1 year. The modem is on the approved compatibility list. We have always streamed video at night with either AppleTV or FireStick with no dropped connections ever. We started service 1 year ago @ 250Mbps. When I found out how much they wanted to charge after the promotion rate ended, I switched to 100Mbps. Max bandwidth usage is 28Mbps. Every night since then around 8-930p, we have had a brief outage, the video stops, and then service comes back on within a minute. I have tried chatting with xfinity 3 times and no real solutions. After reading a great post about modem status, I started recording the information. It seems like the levels look good, someone please let me know. Does anyone know how to fix this? Help please.
