Connection dropouts, High Uncorrected OFDM PLC Errors, Frequent MDD message timeouts

I keep losing internet connection. Speeds vary from 10-120 mps (400 mps plan). High uncorrected errors. Frequent MDD message timeout events.

The downstream power is way out of spec as are most of the SNR's ! First. Is there a drop amplifier on the coax cable line leading to the modem ? If so, would you check to see if it is powered on.

When I switched from Verizon, Xfinity ran a new line to the house. As far as I know, there is nothing between the pole and the cable modem. The one modem is the only thing hooked up to the line, no cable TV boxes.
