Connecting Devices

Got a new Modem.  Set it up..everything is working. But can not find out my upload and download speeds on line.  It keeps saying it can not find my devices. And it tells me basic connection speeds for computers and phones, but not streaming.  I can not find what my upload and download speeds are on my plan.  Can not find them on the [Edit: Inflammatory] website.  They want me to upgrade and pay more, but they aren't telling me what I already HAVE.
