Connecting Amazon Echo to wifi

I am unable to connect my Amazon Echo to the wifi. When I try to connect, my Amazon app tells me I entered the wrong password. I contacted Amazon, and they advised that the problem is with my Internet provider. I have verified that the password I'm using is correct. BTW, I have connected other Amazon Echos to my network without a problem.
