Connected without internet every single night at the same time

Every evening between the hours of 6 and 8 the internet stops working for up to 30 minutes of even an hour on occasion. Typically around 10 minutes. This is every single night. Right about when i get home and use it so I'm wondering what I'm paying for. This has been a year like this. Yes all the connections are fine. Every device of unable to use internet. And the app will not open without internet.
