Connect to internet

I moved today to a new address within a bundled community.  I am able to see that I have a strong signal but cannot connect to the internet

Hello user_8tqayb, happy 4th. I hope you are doing well after your move. You said the service is bundled, which I understand, but oftentimes, you still need to set up your own account, we just don't bill you directly. Have you spoken to someone in charge of your complex/'community? I am happy to help you either way if you need.
