Connect to Arris SB8200

I used to be able to connect to my Arris SB8200 cable modem. Now, I get the login screen. None of the default user/password I know of works. Does anyone know how to login to the cable modem. I recently updated to a new DoublePlay package. I'm anticipating Xfinity sent an updated packet to my modem to that effect.
