Connect Blink and Ring Devices to Xfinity

I have not been able to add new blink or ring devices to my accounts since I got a new router. I saw that many people with xfinity posted about the same problem and was wondering if anyone figured out a solution or if I just need to switch from xfinity.

I have reset every device, deleted and downloaded each app again, done firmware updates, split the wifi speeds and given each a different password. If anyone has found anything that works please let me know. Thanks so much.

Hello user_14325 👋 I appreciate you taking time out of your day to write us in our community forums, and definitely understand your concern! I know just how important it is to be able to connect RING devices for security, so I'm happy to help however possible 👍

Are you currently using an Xfinity gateway or your own personal one?

Xfinity gateway.  I can't get blink or ring to connect. As I wrote above, I have tried all the suggestions I have read on here and other sites- splitting 2.4/5/6 and giving new names/passwords; deleting and resetting all devices and apps; moving devices 5ft from router (also tried 3ft, 7ft), etc.

Thank you for elaborating, user_14325! Does your wifi network name show when searching for a signal?
