What and where do I find the wpa key? And what is it?
A WPA key (or WPA2, or WPA3. or "network key") is a Wifi password. Devices usually have the original key printed on a label on the back of bottom of the router or gateway that provides the Wifi signal. For more than you ever wanted to know about WPA, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wi-Fi_Protected_Access.
If you are not using a Comcast device please post the model number of your WiFi router or gateway.
