@user_wwel59 I recommend taking advantage of the Xfinity App to perform some troubleshooting on your connection including a speed test. The troubleshooting tools within the app will run a diagnostic and report any issues that need immediate attention. It might also be a good idea to power cycle your modem/router, swap your ethernet cable, and check it for damage.
