Completing my service

I set up a plan on 12/08 to have access to internet. Upon initial set up I was told someone would need to come to the property to put in a connection in order to use the internet. We moved in on 12/13 and I have messaged our local agent and no response to complete our service. I have also tried calling the customer service number but no luck there. Please advise.
