Completely unusable internet due to Intermittent Personal Outages for 4 Months

I have been experiencing a progressive decline in internet connectivity since "network upgrades" were performed in my area in May 2026, to the point that my internet loses connectivity every 1-2 minutes for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. I have had 3 service techs come to my property that have replaced everything from the telephone pole to the gateway (including the gateway twice). I have attempted multiple times to have Comcast send a network/line technician out to determine the issue at the network node, but they never send anyone except for the regular home technician and/or cancel my appointment without telling me. This has been an incredibly frustrating process. Does anyone know if these issues will persist if I change my internet service provider from Comcast, as in, has the work they have performed in my area permanently damaged the network service to my residence?
