complaints

For the last 2 weeks my internet has been off and on.  I cannot reliably complete anything because halfway through a task I get a "your connection has been reset" message.  It's frustrating and absolutely ridiculous considering how much you pay for this internet provider to not reliably be able to complete a simple task and have your connection stay.

No new equipment or internet plan. It is across all devices.
