Please let this transmission serve as a formal complaint on the poor customer service I received today, September 18, 2025, from <Edited: Personal Information> at your Daly City, California store.
<Edited: Personal Information> offered very little in the way of assistance and exhibited an unprofessional and discourteos attitude throughout our brief discussion. A work order had been generated through a chat discussion with <Edited: Personal Information> onSeptember 13, 2025 under number <Edited: Personal Information> for 3 Xfinity wifi Pro Boosters. <Edited: Personal Information> neither offered to take the work order number or inspect my account for any further assistance. All the while, during our discussion, <Edited: Personal Information> proved to be both flippant and dismisssive.
