Complaint About Internet Service - It Never Works!
Hello,
For the last month or so, there have been several days where our internet just does not work. I have restarted our router, and that does not fix the problem. Sometimes we will go an entire day or more without internet access. I have to rely on my cell phone as a wifi hotspot. That's unacceptable. These disruptions should not happen. What is going on? Is there anything that can be done to stop it? I work from home sometimes and it disrupts my work.

First. When these outages occur, are they being officially indicated with any info about them here ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
