Hello @user_b485be, and thank you for posting to the Xfinity Community Forum to get assistance. Unfortunately, we don't have any information on PoE WAPs that we can provide. We do however have Wi-Fi Pods, which are Wi-Fi extenders, that we provide.
are you speaking of point of entry grounding blocks where you ingress box is located? or are you talking about power over ethernet 'something' like a ubiquity access point device? if the latter, that is third party internet /home equipment and not part of the support offered on the xfinity forums.
