Comcast-7922 hostname for DS-Lite

Recently, Ubiquity implemented DS-Lite support on their UDR router. As part of the setup,
I get the following instructions:

"Enter the IPv6 address or hostname of your upstream gateway, typically provided by your ISP."

Does anyone know the hostname/address for COMCAST-7922

Thank you in advance for your help with the requested information.

@user_38fcd7 - try to login into your CM and see if you can find the IPv6 information.

To view your modem’s status page go to http://10.0.0.1 or http://192.168.100.1 or http://192.168.0.1

Greetings, @user_38fcd7! And, thank you @user_noname for your helpful contribution! Have you tried "ipconfig /all" from a command prompt to view this info?

I used something better... "whatismyipaddress.com".... the ipconfig /all will not give the information that I am seeking.

@user_38fcd7 - I think I understand a little better now what you are looking for, and I think they are asking for the Public Default Gateway for your public IP subnet, you could find that information, by connecting the PC directly to your CM2050V CM (first you would have to clone the MAC address from the WAN interface of Unifi UDR, to the NIC of the PC, and also make sure that IPv6 is enabled on that PC), restart your PC and do ipconfig/all and look for the IPv6 Default Gateway [Edited: Personal Information]

As for "COMCAST-7922" it's an ASN, this link will give you a good overview what it is - https://www.ip2location.com/as7922  (hope this helps)

Please also redact the public IPv4 address. It is considered to be personal information. The posting of personally identifiable information is a violation of their forum guidelines. The forum bot will not allow your post to be seen publically. It flagged your post as "Private".

I think I need help with the same thing. I'm using a Netgear CM1200 modem and an orbi sxr30 router.

@jc135

What exactly is the problem that you are having ? With your consumer grade router, the settings should be as easy as *obtain everything automatically / DHCP*.
