Comcast throttling

Well thats it! Ive had enough!…Sonoma County [Edited: "Solicitation"]… tired of Xfinity [Edited: "Inflammatory"]… I pay for 1.2g high speed and they send me 25mbps while keeping my money…[Edited: "Inflammatory"]
