Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a work-around for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;


To disable the Advanced Security feature in xFi, select the Account icon from the top-left corner of the Overview tab on the xFi app and then select xFi Advanced Security. From here, select Disable under xFi Advanced Security and follow the on-screen prompts.

Hello, @Sscamaro69. I hope you are having a good week so far. We were wondering if the steps that @EG provided helped with One Drive. Please let us know when you can so we can ensure things are working.

@ComcastRayana No i am still having the issue, it is blocking OneDrive and Teams sync as well.  i spoke with someone at Comcast and they sent me a new Gateway, now the Advanced Security does not provide an option to disable.  i have tested with my AT&T service that i have at home and i do not have any of the same iussues.

Hello, @Sscamaro69. I'm sorry to hear the steps that were shared didn't work. Did you by any chance reset the modem after disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature before attempting to access your OneDrive? If not, can you please give that a try and let me know if that worked?

For clarity's sake. Do you mean a hard reset to factory defaults or a simple power-cycle / reboot operation of the gateway device ?
