coaxial outlet installation to move modem to a different room
Hello, I'd like help setting up an appointment for a technician to install a coaxial outlet in another room of my house in order to move the modem. I don't see a way to send a direct message in order to book this appointment.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
