Coaxial Cable to House

I need a coaxial cable ran to my house. As far as I'm aware, we do not already have one. Regardless of what I've asked the AI support, I am unable to schedule a tech, or even get support for this issue. All that has happened so far, is the bot redirecting me to activate my internet. Which requires a coaxial cable. Hopefully you can see the issue with this.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
