Coaxial Cable Connection
With this pandemic going on the technicians weren't allowed to come into my residence, so I'm having to set it up myself. The problem i've ran into is that I don't have a wall outlet in my house. I found the cord he was talking about that was coming out of the floor, but I can't connect it because of the compression connector on the coaxial cord coming out of the floor causing it not to fit properly, this is the only cord in my house. Can anyone help me out with this situation?

Another option would be to call around your local area for a low voltage electrician. You may be able to find one that is willing to do it for you. Good luck !

Check out places like ebay and amazon for tools and parts.

I'm confused by the statement that the connector doesn't fit. Some people get confused by something like a terminator on the end of the cable. (If so, you just unscrew it to remove it.) As mentioned, maybe you can post a picture of what doesn't fit?
